Energy certification of buildings
This service involves the drafting of Energy Performance Certificates (APE) for buildings throughout the national territory. This is a document that contains the energy characteristics of a building, a house or an apartment and is a certification that must be presented whenever a deed of sale is carried out, the construction of a new property or for renovation interventions concerning more than 25% of the property surface.

The service is offered to private individuals and public administrations.
